Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded and internationally oriented Partnerships & Account Management Associate to support the growth of our hotel partnerships and global network.

This role is focused on relationship management, strategic partnerships and luxury hospitality positioning.

What You’ll Do

Support and manage relationships with hotel partners and groups
Assist in onboarding new luxury hotels across our collections
Coordinate communication between partners and internal teams
Help develop strategic partnership opportunities
Work alongside senior management on account development
Support reporting, optimisation and commercial growth initiatives
Occasionally travel to hotels and partner meetings where required

What We’re Looking For

Strong affinity with luxury travel and hospitality
Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
International mindset and professional attitude
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing relationships and high-level communication
Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Background

Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, partnerships or account management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree level preferred
Well-connected candidates with an existing network within London’s luxury and high-net-worth environment are viewed favourably

Role Overview

You will support the management of multi-label hotel partnerships and learn how to work with high-level global accounts.

What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day communication with hotel partners
Assist in onboarding new properties across our platforms
Help manage relationships with global hotel groups
Work with and learn to manage accounts such as Rosewood Hotels & Resort, Leading Hotels of the World and more
Coordinate between internal teams (content, tech, operations)
Assist in reporting, performance tracking and optimisation

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality content for Instagram and digital channels

Assist in planning and executing social media strategies
Edit short-form video content and visuals
Support campaign launches and brand moments
Contribute content during hotel visits where relevant

Strong affinity with social media and visual content
Good sense of style, branding and storytelling
Experience with content tools (video, editing, design)

Role Overview

You will work on the technical backbone of our platforms, focusing on integrations, APIs and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Work with REST APIs and booking integrations
Support backend architecture and optimisation
Assist in server management and deployments
Work with technologies such as Symfony, Apache and Elasticsearch
Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in backend development
Basic knowledge of APIs, servers and databases
Experience with Symfony, Apache or similar is a plus
Problem-solving mindset and technical curiosity

Education

Minimum HBO level (UK equivalent: Bachelor’s degree level). Skills and mindset are leading.
