Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded and internationally oriented Partnerships & Account Management Associate to support the growth of our hotel partnerships and global network.
This role is focused on relationship management, strategic partnerships and luxury hospitality positioning.
What You’ll Do
-
Support and manage relationships with hotel partners and groups
-
Assist in onboarding new luxury hotels across our collections
-
Coordinate communication between partners and internal teams
-
Help develop strategic partnership opportunities
-
Work alongside senior management on account development
-
Support reporting, optimisation and commercial growth initiatives

Occasionally travel to hotels and partner meetings where required

You will work on the technical backbone of our platforms, focusing on integrations, APIs and infrastructure.
