Role Overview

You will support the management of multi-label hotel partnerships and learn how to work with high-level global accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day communication with hotel partners

  • Assist in onboarding new properties across our platforms

  • Help manage relationships with global hotel groups

  • Work with and learn to manage accounts such as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Leading Hotels of the World

  • Coordinate between internal teams (content, tech, operations)

  • Assist in reporting, performance tracking and optimisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in travel and hospitality

  • Commercial awareness and structured thinking

  • Strong communication skills

  • Organised and reliable

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Education

Minimum HBO level (UK equivalent: Bachelor’s degree level). A specific degree is not required.

This role is fully focused on content and storytelling. You will help shape how our brand and hotel partners are presented across social platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality content for Instagram and digital channels

  • Develop visual and written storytelling for luxury hotels

  • Assist in planning and executing social media strategies

  • Edit short-form video content and visuals

  • Support campaign launches and brand moments

  • Contribute content during hotel visits where relevant

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong affinity with social media and visual content

  • Good sense of style, branding and storytelling

  • Experience with content tools (video, editing, design)

  • Interest in luxury travel and hospitality

  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Education

Minimum HBO level (UK equivalent: Bachelor’s degree level). A specific degree is not required.

Role Overview

You will support the development and optimisation of our platforms, focusing on user interface and user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve UI/UX across our platforms

  • Work on front-end development and performance optimisation

  • Collaborate with backend developers and product team

  • Translate design concepts into functional interfaces

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or strong interest in UI/UX design

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern frontend frameworks

  • Eye for detail and clean design

  • Affinity with digital platforms and travel

Education

Minimum HBO level (UK equivalent: Bachelor’s degree level). Skills matter more than formal education.

4.Internship – Backend Developer (API & Infrastructure)

About The Booker Company

The Booker Company builds and manages scalable booking infrastructure for curated luxury travel platforms.

Role Overview

You will work on the technical backbone of our platforms, focusing on integrations, APIs and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with REST APIs and booking integrations

  • Support backend architecture and optimisation

  • Assist in server management and deployments

  • Work with technologies such as Symfony, Apache and Elasticsearch

  • Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in backend development

  • Basic knowledge of APIs, servers and databases

  • Experience with Symfony, Apache or similar is a plus

  • Problem-solving mindset and technical curiosity

Education

Minimum HBO level (UK equivalent: Bachelor’s degree level). Skills and mindset are leading.

What You’ll Gain
